The ST700 series DC microcomputer integrated protection device developed and produced by Suzhou Wanlong Electric Group Co., Ltd. adopts revolutionary design concepts and ideas, introduces the concepts of platform, component, programmable logic control and hierarchical communication into the microcomputer relay protection device, and realizes the standardization, modularization and integration of the device functions. The product is suitable for line protection and frame leakage protection of DC power supply systems such as rail transit DC traction and mine. The product is small in size, high in reliability, strong in electromagnetic compatibility, practical and flexible in functional configuration, and good in scalability, and is widely used.

Product Features
The design idea of component type, multi-CPU structure, protection, measurement, communication, panel display are completed by independent CPU, so that the load rate of each CPU is reduced to a minimum, and the reliability of the work is improved.
The device uses the ARM Cortex‐M3 core 32-bit processor representing the industry's advanced technology, with strong processing performance, low power consumption and high real-time performance.
It adopts 14-bit high-precision A/D converter and supports 8-channel signal synchronous sampling.
Provide a friendly Chinese man-machine interface, easy to operate, adjustable LCD backlight, password protection can be set.
It supports wave recording function for all analog quantity, switch quantity and operation command. The wave recording channel can be selected, the waveform can be displayed on the liquid crystal of the device, and the wave recording data can be uploaded remotely through the communication interface.
It has the function of keeping event, accident record and wave recording record in power failure, and the record can be queried.

Function Configuration
Over-current quick-break protection/alarm
Over-current quick-break protection is used to cut off the short-circuit current before the extra-large short-circuit fault current reaches the peak current.

Over current delay protection/alarm
Over-current delay protection is used for overload protection of the feeding unit.

Thermal overload protection/alarm
Thermal overload protection calculates the calorific value of the contact network according to the current flowing through the contact network, and calculates the temperature of the contact network according to the thermal load characteristics and environmental conditions of the contact network, so as to eliminate the overload fault.

Rising Rate Protection
Rising rate protection is to use the current rising rate (di/dt) and current increment (△I) as a criterion to cut off the short-circuit current in the early stage of short-circuit fault in the protected system, so as to protect the whole power supply system and the safe operation of the train more effectively. The rise rate protection is divided into the near-end short-circuit current rise rate protection and the far-end short-circuit current rise rate protection.

Line test
The function of the line test system is to determine whether there is a permanent short circuit by analyzing the resistance value on the feed section, so as to avoid closing the circuit breaker again when there is a permanent short circuit fault in the line.

automatic reclosing
If the fault that causes the protection action is a transient short-circuit fault, the continuity of the power supply can be guaranteed by automatic reclosing. If there is a permanent short-circuit fault, the automatic reclosing action starts the line test for many times, and the closing is locked after the failure to prevent the circuit breaker from closing with a fault, which requires manual return.
