ST500L/B/E series intelligent motor protection device is suitable for three-phase AC asynchronous motor with rated frequency of 50Hz or 60HZ, rated voltage of 690V and rated current of 820A. It can realize the protection, measurement, control, communication and equipment management of motor equipment. The use of this product greatly simplifies the traditional motor control and protection circuit, greatly simplifies the application design, and provides a perfect motor protection and control scheme. As an intelligent terminal, it also supports a variety of standard fieldbus communication networking solutions, realizes decentralized protection control and centralized monitoring management, and improves the reliability of system operation.
The product adopts modular design, small size, compact structure, flexible installation, and can be directly installed and used in 1/4 modulus and above various drawers.

Product Features
The working power supply of the device supports AC or DC power supply (AC220V, DC220V/110V).
It has basic protection functions such as underload, overload, locked-rotor, blocking, unbalance, etc. and optional protection functions such as tE time, residual current, undervoltage, overvoltage, underpower, etc. When the voltage function is selected, the device has anti-shaking, undervoltage, and undervoltage restart functions.
"tE time protection" conforms to the national standard (GB3836.3-2000) and is suitable for increased safety explosion-proof motors.
Each 4 ~ 20mA analog output can be selected according to the need to correspond to a motor operating parameters, and the range is adjustable.
The device supports single/dual Modbus-RTU, single/dual Profibus-DP, Device-NET and other standard fieldbus communication interfaces to achieve four remote functions.
The device can record the current running/stopping time, cumulative running/stopping time, cumulative number of failures and operation times of the motor, which is convenient for equipment maintenance.
The device can record eight fault records of motor history, which is convenient for accident inquiry and analysis.
Friendly man-machine interface, support Chinese/English LCD display.
