Benxi Iron and Steel Group Power Supply Plant water supply, second iron and Nanfen substation DC traction electrical equipment for manufacturing around 1980, equipment failure rate is getting higher and higher, maintenance work is very difficult. After many investigations and comparisons, Benxi Iron and Steel Group selected Wanlong Electric's "Intelligent DC Traction Electrical System Integration Solution" in 2011 to carry out a comprehensive intelligent upgrade of the existing DC traction electrical equipment.
The project adopts WDQ series handcart type DC traction switch cabinet, equipped with WLDS1 series DC fast circuit breaker representing domestic advanced technology level, ST700 series DC microcomputer comprehensive protection device, WKS-DTMS2000 intelligent DC traction electrical monitoring and management system. Handcart-type DC traction switchgear solves the problem of rapid maintenance of fast circuit breakers and their control circuits, and no longer relies excessively on "labor". WLDS1 series new DC fast circuit breakers greatly improve the breaking capacity, improve the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance requirements. ST700 series DC microcomputer comprehensive protection improves the deficiency of "single point" overcurrent tripping of fast circuit breakers and solves the "blind zone" of remote short circuit protection ", the selective coordination is improved, the accuracy of the protection setting value is improved, and the control functions such as line test and automatic reclosing are added, which solves the blindness of closing again after the previous fast circuit breaker fault trip. The DC electrical monitoring and management system using field bus communication technology builds a digital and information platform for the operation and management of DC electrical equipment, which adds a guarantee for the reliable operation of the DC power supply system.
